I received my Visa card statement earlier and was perplexed with the method of calculation of finance charges.
In a nutshell, my bill for the previous month was RM1,260.
I paid RM1,200 and for the balance of RM60 carried forward as unpaid, I was charged RM3.74 as finance charges.
